Consumers have a 14 days withdrawl right.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a
third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
If you have choosen PayPal Payment by Installments, the following applies:
The period begins after conclusion of the contract, but only after you have received all mandatory information according to § 492 paragraph 2 BGB (e.g. information on the type of loan, information on the net loan amount (cash price), information on the contract period). You have received all mandatory information if it is contained in the specific copy of your application or in the specific copy of the contract or contract of sale and if such a document has been provided to you. You can subsequently be informed about mandatory data not included in the contract text on a durable data medium; the withdrawal period is then one month. Within this catch up of mandatory data you have to be informed again about the begin of the withdrawal period. In order to maintain the withdrawal period, the timely dispatch of the withdrawal is sufficient if the declaration is made on a durable data medium (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
If you have choosen PayPal Installment, the following applies:
Insofar as you have already concluded the installment business, you have to revoke the installment business within 30 days and you have to pay the agreed interest for the period between contract conclusion and the withdrawal declaration. The period begins with the dispatch of the withdrawal. For the period between contract conclusion and withdrawal declaration, an interest amount of € 0.25 per day has to be paid on full utilization of the installment business. This amount will decrease accordingly if the installment business is only utilized partially.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not refer to contracts on the delivery of goods which were custom made or especially manufactured for personal requirements.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for its manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is authoritative or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer and the delivery of goods, if such due to their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
