Important note:

Durring hand over of your goods from the carrier, please check the package on any damages very precisely. Please inform the carrier / driver about every damage that is visible on the package, so he can document it. In extreme cases please do not accept the package. This can only happen durring delivery to you at the moment you get the package handed over. Afterwards there is no option to proof to the carrier, that the damages happened durring transportation.

Payment

We offer various payment options. You can choose between the payment methods listed below during the ordering process.

1 .Payment in advance (bank transfer in advance)

We will send you an E-Mail with our bank details immediately after you have placed your order. Please transfer the money to our account. After receipt of the money, we will prepare the goods in stock for dispatch and inform you about the dispatch.

SEPA transfers in the EU usually take 1-2 working days and are free of charge. You may incur fees for transfers from other EU countries. Please find out more from your bank in advance.

If you have ordered from us in the web shop, please always state your order number and customer number as reference. You can find these in the E-Mail with your order confirmation, which we sent you.

If you order from us by E-Mail or telephone and we have sent you an offer, please always state your offer number and customer number as reference . You can find this in the E-Mail we sent you with your offer.

Incoming payments without these reference numbers may be delayed because we cannot directly allocate your payment to your order.

2.4.1 Payment via Klarna Sofortüberweisung

With Klarna Sofortüberweisung you can pay for your purchases securely and conveniently. During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website for payment. If you choose Klarna invoice, you will also be redirected to the Klarna website. With Klarna invoice you only pay after you have already received the goods. Because after the transaction confirmation from Klarna, we make the goods in stock ready for dispatch and inform you about the dispatch. You can shop in a relaxed manner, complete your order and check the products in the comfort of your own home. The invoice will be sent to you by email. You have a total of 30 days from the invoice date to make your payment and settle the invoice.

Please note the following:

  • In the case of a Klarna invoice, delivery to a delivery address that differs from the billing address is not possible.
  • The maximum amount for the purchase on account is 1,500 euros.
